This body care section is some of my personal recommendations that I have purchased without being sponsored by any of these companies. The categories below include items like :organic cotton feminine care (single use and reusable), body wash (bar or liquid), condoms, lube, sunscreen, bug bite ointment and bug spray. Finding natural feminine care products doesn’t have to be challenging. I had the opportunity to purchase products in the United States and in Canada both from online health websites and in health stores. Finding some of these brands are harder then others and you pretty much have to rely on reviews. The problem is no one talks about which products are better then others publicly. Here a few of organic cotton pads, liners and tampons I have used and would recommend.
Note that no matter the brand, natural pads are all a lot thinner than the traditional pads you might be use to. However, these brands have done a decent job with absorption, some better then others. I’d also like to clarify that when a brand is called natural or organic that doesn’t mean their ingredients are. You still need to read the ingredient label because companies can change ingredients at any given time without disclosure. Even if they claim they don’t use: chemicals, perfumes, dyes, fragrance free, plastic free, chlorine free or 100% organic cotton, you still need to READ THE LABEL!

Pads, Tampons, Panty and Bladder Liners
These feminine care products are not in any specific order, because I would reccommend them all for either: great prices, quality, accessibility and availability. *Some of these brands do not ship to Canada just USA.
Sustain Natural- 100% Organic Cotton Pads - When searching for a new brand, Sustain met my needs at the time with their packaging and with the materials they used. I think its important to find brands that meet your needs and this was a great brand before I moved. I really enjoyed Sustain Natural 100% Organic Cotton Liners and their Sustain Natural 100% Organic Cotton Tampons. If you are in the market for a cleaner swap and are wondering about the price and wear-ability try Sustain first. I liked the quality of their product and with my physical labor some job, I didn’t have any issues.
Organ(y)n-100% Organic Cotton Pads- I do like the Organyc brand, however depending on where you live this brand tends to be harder to find. But if you do find this brand near you grab it, because it definitely met my needs and worked well. Organyc also offers Organ(y)c 100% Organic Cotton Liners and Organ(y)n 100% Organic Cotton Tampons as well.
Cora-100% Organic Cotton Pads (top sheet) - I originally found this brand at Target in 2018 and this brand helped me discover other healthier brands along my cleaner journey. Cora was the first company that offered a subscription and bundle option online which I did for a few months. After reaching out to the company and doing more research, I found that not everything in their collection was 100% organic cotton. I was sad at first, but when you start a clean journey you are not always going to get everything right the first time. No company is perfect but this company compared to the others on the shelf were at least a start in the right direction. Cora sells 100% organic cotton liners where only the top sheet is cotton. I did figure out that Cora makes their tampons with 100% organic cotton. My experience overall was a great and I learned why it’s so important to reach out to companies and read the label.
Natracare 100% Organic Cotton Pads - This brand is another great healthier alternative and a affordable one. The brand Natracare is one of the only brands that you can, easily find at any kind of health store or wellness website online. So shout out to Natracare for making affordable products easily accessible whether you are in USA or Canada. 100% Organic Cotton Panty Liner- I purchase zero waste items from one of my favorite stores out of New York called Package Free Shop. They have a great assortment of products but here is one of my recent purchases. I have enjoyed this panty liner and I wanted to maintains its shape so for right now I am just hand washing this whenever I wear it. If you want a more eco friendly item that does help bring down the cost of panty liners you throw away, then invest in a reusable one. Use this refer a friend link for $10 off your first purchase.
Sex Health
Cleaner alternatives for lubricant, because you never know who might need this! Below are the following brands I have come across while shopping, enjoy!
Sustain Natural- The first lube I found with cleaner ingredients, that can also accommodate consumers with sensitive skin and or allergies.
Honey Pot- New brand, woman owned and clean ingredients I was excited to share this company with you. This brand got so popular that its sold out and I have no idea where to locate this now. Keep an eye out and if you find it restocked somewhere please let me know.
Good Clean Love - Almost naked uses organic ingredients and I have been able to purchase this brand online or in health stores.
Cleaner alternative for Condoms
Yes even condoms need to be made with healthier ingredients!

Body Wash
Saje Natural Wellness Saje Natural Wellness uses cleaner ingredients and I have had the best experience trying all of their soap options. The body wash pictured is tingle mint which is enclosed in a jute hand held sponge. My favorite body wash in a gel form is their classic scent called Lavender and Friends which is always sold out. *If my link doesn’t take you directly to the product featured, then the item is currently sold out.
Carina Organics- This body wash is moisturizing and can also double as shampoo! They have a copious amount of options from unscented to sweet pea so I know you will love them all. This organic and affordable brand ships to USA and its made in Canada.
Ocean Bottom Soap- I have really enjoyed Ocean Bottoms soap bars, in Avocado, Wine/Chocolate, Carrot and Rosemary. These bars smell incredible and they do a great job of keeping your skin moisturized all day. Ocean Bottom also provides soap options for consumers with allergies or living a plant based lifestyle.
Womensence-Lavender scented body wash from WomenSense is a great option if you can locate it! I purchased this body wash because their shampoo and conditioner was so good. You can find these products near you just click the link.
Dr. Bronners- Unscented baby castile soap is easily accessible and affordable. The other brands listed are better but I do use this for cleaning my makeup brushes and sponges periodically.
Alaffia- Alaffia’s body wash is lightly scented with Lavender and is great for most skin types. Sunscreen

ThinkSport- Sunscreen SPF 50 in a (3oz Tube)- When your doing a lot of outdoor physical activity then you should really try ThinkSports SPF. They have great options for everyone from adults to babies! Just click the link to start shopping!
Suntegrity- Natural Mineral Sunscreen for your body is unscented in a 3 oz. sugarcane tube. It has broad spectrum SPF 30 coverage and is another popular brand with more great reviews so give them a try!
Goddess Garden- Everyday Natural Sunscreen SPF 30 (6oz Spray Bottle)- I got impulsive and bought this at my local health store! Goddess Garden works great and it’s one of the easiest sunscreen brands you can find online or in store.
Juice Beauty- SPF 30 Sport Sunscreen ( Tube 3fl oz / 90 ml)- This is their only sunscreen, however I’d recommend this brand if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
100% Pure-Green Tea SPF 30 (Spray bottle or Tube)-They have a couple choices on their website including a kit so now there’s something for everyone. If you have allergies or acne prone skin I’d try this brand.
Bug Spray and Afterbite Ointment
You didn’t even think about this category but I have you covered! This is definitely an area that could use more clean products, however I have been lucky enough to find these products homemade from my local health store.
