What’s in my kitchen?

  • What’s in my kitchen? Look no further my kitchen staples are here! The prices and brand names might vary week to week because of availability but that’s ok. I hope this list helps others prepare dishes for family and friends with food allergies. The stress of trying to stay social without the awkwardness to be accommodated at parties is real. Now you can have your gluten free cake and eat it too!

  • I have heavily relied on these retailers for my food allergy restrictions: Siete, Daily Harvest, Thrive Market, Pomegranate Market, CS Natural Health Center, Home Grown Wellness, Sobey’s and Zehr’s. These kitchen essentials can accommodate individuals who are looking for these options: Paleo, Gluten- Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Whole 30, Keto etc.

  • Disclaimer- This list is balance, my everyday pantry items are much cleaner then my occasional dessert fix. So don’t take everything serious here, read your labels and find balance in your kitchen.
