Dish soap is something you don’t think of first when switching from toxic to non toxic products but it’s certainly not the last. Here is a list of natural dish soaps that will help you navigate this process. From castile soap to dish soap that cost more then coffee…I think I’ve tried them all. I can’t say that I have mastered this area but at the very least I know which one to purchase in a pinch.

Saje Natural Wellness- Dish Wish in scent “Refreshing” is a great formula and is thick enough for any soap dispenser. You can find this product in store or online. However right now you can only purchase the bigger refill size of dish soap online, not in stores. Saje stores are located in both USA and Canada which means this company ships in both countries!
* March 2021 Update! Saje offers the dish and hand soap in the bigger refill bottles in store. Now I just have to convince Saje to offer consumers the option of a refill station in store, so we can avoid more plastic being sent to the landfill or recycling centers.
Dish Soap Bar- A few years ago I would have looked right past this zero-waste swap because it seemed less convenient; and who has time to be inconvenienced. Now, when shopping, I find everyday essential products created to reduce waste and it gets me excited. I have not only grown in a greener direction, but I am making a positive impact where I live. I support small businesses with my purchases and am aware of the overall footprint that my family contributes. Dish soap bars have become exceedingly more popular and have broken barriers this year. I am so proud to be where I am right now, it has taken a lot of work to get here.

Grove Collaborative -This all purpose castile soap can be used all over the home, from dishes to hand soap. I purchased and repurchased the lavender and the unscented options because this soap worked so well for my family.
*Grove only ships to the United States, I’m sorry Canada.
Better Life Dish Soap in Unscented- I purchased this dish soap from an online health store called Thrive Market, it was one of the first dish soaps that worked great. However, Thrive Market only ships to the United States and not Canada.
Miessence- Dishwashing Concentrate- This dish soap works if you soak your dishes and dilute the soap with water. We no longer buy this dish soap because my husband wanted more soap suds and a low maintenance and less expensive.
